Manningham Day Procedure Centre (MDPC) is a private, independent, day hospital, specialising in Ophthalmology, Oral, Plastic, General Surgery and Endoscopy and enjoys a reputation for service excellence.
Due to promotion we are looking for a Clinical Team Leader to manage the day to day running of the Hospital. This senior role reports to a supportive General Manager working with an enthusiastic nursing and administration team.
You will take an active clinical part in leading the clinical team and managing all aspects of the day surgery experience including 3 state-of-the-art operating theatres and a well established quality program.
You will:
• Be an experienced, senior operating theatre RN Div 1 (appropriate post grad qualifications desirable) familiar with a Day Hospital environment
• Have a general understanding of the business requirements of a private health facility
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, exemplary customer service and organisational skills
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
